🧠 Role: Visuals Generative AI Prompt Engineer

🏢 Company: The Needs (Group of Companies)

💰 Salary: PKR 60,000 – 65,000

📍 Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi

⏰ Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🎯 What you’ll actually do (no buzzwords, promise):

You’ll take rough ideas, half-s...entences, and sometimes chaotic briefs—and turn them into striking visuals using generative AI tools.

This isn’t about typing random prompts.

It’s about thinking visually before the image even exists.

• ✍️ Craft smart, structured prompts that produce high-quality visuals

• 🔄 Experiment constantly—adjust, refine, break, rebuild

• 🎨 Understand style, lighting, mood, composition (yes, details matter)

• 🤝 Work closely with our creative and marketing teams

• 🎯 Turn “this feels off” into “this is exactly it”

🧩 What we’re hoping you bring:

• 🛠️ Hands-on experience with tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion (or similar)

• 👁️ A strong eye for design—even if you’re self-taught

• 🔍 Curiosity: you test things just to see what happens

• ⏳ Patience: great outputs don’t come from one prompt

• 💡 Ability to explain why something works, not just that it works

⭐ Bonus points if you:

• 🧠 Understand branding and visual storytelling

• 🗂️ Have a small portfolio of AI-generated work (even personal experiments count)

• Not repetitive work

• Not “copy-paste prompts from the internet”
