About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to analyse large amounts of raw information to find patterns and build data products to extract valuable business insights. Your responsibilities include:

• Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes

• Undertake pre-processing of structured and unstructured data

• Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns

• Combine models through ensemble modelling

• Present information using data visualization techniques

• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges

• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

• Essential skills and experience*

• Design, develop, and implement LLM solutions.

• Possess strong proficiency in using GenAI frameworks to build solution on Hyperscalers (e.g. Azure, AWS and GCP) and on-premise

• Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs like Falcon, Mistral, and Zephyr for specific tasks.

• Expertise in building and fine-tuning Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based chatbots and virtual assistants.

• Familiarity with Langchain and LlamaIndex frameworks

• Prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques

• Develop and evaluate metrics to measure the success of LLM models.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with bias and fairness in LLMs.

• Understanding of LLM guardrails and implementation

• Understanding of Infrastructure setup on Nvidia & other GPU setups and requirements

• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in LLM research, including generative AI techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Strong programming skills (Python preferred).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
