Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and a valid license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3-5+ years of experience in intellectual property law, including technology and digital content
• Strong understanding of copyright law, AI-generated content, and trademark protection
• Ability to navigate legal complexities and provide actionable advice in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach

• AI & Emerging Technology: Offer legal advice on the development and commercialization of AI and machine learning, assessing risks regarding training data along with compliance strategies related to evolving regulations
• Digital Content & Media: Counsel on the acquisition, licensing, and use of digital and user-generated content, covering legal aspects of content creation and distribution
• Copyright & Trademark: Guide on copyright issues for both traditional and AI-generated works and manage trademark portfolio, ensuring protection and enforcement
• Strategic Support: Provide expertise on IP licenses, litigation, commercial contracts, and partner with business units to align legal guidance with business goals

In this role, you will provide expert legal guidance on artificial intelligence (AI), digital content, and intellectual property matters.

Your insights will be instrumental in navigating the ever-evolving legal landscape surrounding AI technology, copyright, trademarks, and digital media.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• AI & Emerging Technology: Offer legal advice on the development and commercialization of AI and machine learning, assessing risks regarding training data along with compliance strategies related to evolving regulations.
