As a Tech Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, utilizing yoursales techniques and product knowledge to meet sales targets while maintaining the highest levels of presentation standards. This role includes managing customer inquiries, assisting with product selections, demonstrating product benefits, and generating daily sales reports. You will also ensure stock levels are adequately maintained and report any shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and exceed sales targets.

• Maintain counter cleanliness and manage stock replenishment.

• Handle new product launches and promote merchandise effectively.

• Build strong customer loyalty through exceptional service and standards.

• Generate sales reports and track sales performance at the store level.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Tech or beauty industry.

• Intermediate level proficiency in English.
