AI Application Development Engineer

Full Description

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance AI applications based on Ascend NPU/NVIDIA GPU clusters; optimize LLM training and inference workflows to improve thousand-card scale resource utilization.

• Deploy and maintain AI development frameworks (e.g. PyTorch/TensorFlow).

• Implement core modules such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) enhanced retrieval, multi-model routing scheduling, andautomated Prompt optimization.

• Build high-precision OCR document parsing systems to support vertical industry scenarios (e.g., energy, mining).

• Other ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by the division.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related majors.

• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Java); familiar with the Kubernetes ecosystem and AI development frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

• Mastery of core toolchains for intelligent computing centers: computing power scheduling platforms, storage management software, and RAG development processes.

• Familiarity with AI development tools (e.g., LangChain) or large-scale enterprise tool platforms (e.g., Alibaba PAI).

• Experience in application development and debugging for GPU servers (NVIDIA HGX/H100, Huawei Atlas).

• At least 3 years of experience in developing large-scale AI application projects.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to coordinate with other departments. Possess certain technical management capabilities to formulate project plans and lead partners to complete project delivery.

• Serious and responsible work attitude, excellent learning ability, outstanding communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex issues.

• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, capable of quickly locating and resolving issues.

• Language Proficiency: Cantonese, English.
