Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Learning & Development, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organization Development, or Human Resources

  • 12+ years of professional experience in a Learning and Development, Training, Instructional Design, or complementary field

  • Proven experience in learning and development at professional services organizations, preferably within PR, marketing, or creative agencies

  • Demonstrable knowledge of AI technologies and their application in a professional services context

  • Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and effective training materials across a variety of formats

  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough analyses of training needs across the agency and within our specialist communities

  • Staying abreast of the latest AI tools and techniques that can enhance our work and require training

  • Developing system-wide training materials and activities, including written guides, intranet content, workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and hands-on sessions

  • Collaborating with heads of our specialist communities to ensure training materials are tailored to their unique needs

  • Partnering with agency leaders to provide ongoing training around AI

  • You will identify external partners, resources, and thought leaders who can deliver new perspectives and speed Golin's employee AI enablement

  • You will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary to ensure they are up-to-date, impactful, and universally delivered

The Role

As our AI Learning and Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in our evolution by:
