We're recruiting a Sales Executive to join our Microsoft Business Group Sales team.

The Microsoft Business Group (MBG) is a leading provider of cloud-based technology solutions, dedicated to solving complex human challenges through innovation.

This position involves regular travel in the EMA region, with options to work from our offices in Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi, or Riyadh.

Key responsibilities:

• Sell MBG's Professional and Managed Services to new and existing clients across various industries, including BFS, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail Consumer Goods, Travel & Hospitality, and CMT.

• Lead a virtual team across the business, owning the sales cycle, and combining hunting, farming, and industry selling experience for high growth opportunities with excellent earnings potential.

• As an MBG industry ambassador, set the tone for delivering exceptional experiences with everyone you interact with.

Your profile should include:

• Strong leadership skills to build internal and external networks.

• Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution and self-motivation.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with 10+ years of experience selling professional and managed services to Enterprise Clients, focusing on Enterprise on-premises hybrid and cloud software and services portfolio Microsoft stack including Azure, Dynamics 365, M365, Data and AI, Security, CoPilot, etc., and Microsoft's Industry clouds.

• Ability to navigate within a Global System Integrator, leveraging channels, and managing complex solution sales cycles.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Success in building relationships with technology and business decision-makers, including the C-suite.

• Knowledge of opportunity and account development & management.

• Existing relationships with Microsoft local field teams and understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem are a plus.
