Job Title: IT Project Manager - Gen AI Use Case Delivery

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-visibility Gen AI use cases within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing projects, building roadmaps, performing cost-benefit analysis, and collaborating with teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of high-priority Gen AI use case projects, ensuring timely delivery according to project milestones and deadlines.

Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, building project plans, roadmaps, and tracking action items to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Take ownership of specific projects and drive progress, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve results.

Perform cost-benefit analysis and identify areas for optimization to ensure project success.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.

Analyze data, identify risks, and make adjustments to keep projects on track, meeting business objectives and timelines.

Support leadership in reporting, project planning, and issue escalation to maintain visibility and transparency.

Monitor and address any blockers, escalating issues to leadership as necessary.

Focus on service and quality excellence, driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

5-7+ years of proven experience in project management, including experience managing teams and building high-performing workgroups.

Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Motivated and driven with the ability to take initiative and execute on plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and leadership.

Experience in project planning, building roadmaps, performing cost-benefit analysis, and ensuring the successful execution of IT projects.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to navigate complex situations and adjust plans as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

PMP or PMI certification is highly desirable.

Proven experience in delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments.

Additional Skills:

Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts to ensure the project’s success.

Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document needs, and align project objectives.

Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
