Qualifications

• We are looking for a candidate with a robust understanding of data science to seamlessly integrate advanced AI models and data-driven insights into our conversational systems

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 4 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with 2 years; or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year; or 16 years of experience in a related capacity

• Strong experience with Google CCAI (Dialogflow, Contact Center AI, Vertex) for developing conversational agents

• Proven experience in implementing Generative AI applications and integrating them into conversational platforms

• Solid understanding of data science principles, collaborating effectively with data scientists for AI model integration and optimization

• Hands-on expertise in NLP and Conversational AI model development

• At least 3 years of experience in Node.js development, specifically in building and integrating APIs

• A minimum of 2 years working with Google Cloud Platform services (e.g., Cloud Functions, BigQuery)

• Experience in designing and deploying scalable cloud architectures, adhering to best practices for security and performance

• Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs for enterprise system integration

• Familiarity with cloud security practices, including IAM and compliance standards

• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment

• Previous experience with contact center platforms (e.g., Twilio, Genesys) and their integration with AI solutions.

• Experience with alternative cloud platforms (AWS, Google Anthos) is advantageous.
