, you’ll take full ownership of our Lang Graph‑based agent system.

Starting with legacy code, you’ll transform it into a powerhouse.

What you’ll do:

• Build & maintain our core Lang Graph agent system (~50% of time) – your playground for complex architectures.

• Prompt engineering:

Write, optimize, and A/B test prompts (~25%) – craft magic with few‑shot examples and chain‑of‑thought.

• Agent evaluation:

Develop test frameworks and track quality metrics (~15%) – ensure reliability at scale.

• Innovation:

Benchmark models, experiment with custom fine‑tuning (~10%) – push boundaries with cutting‑edge tech.

• Train custom models to slash AI costs by 40–50%.

• Develop multimodal agents, memory systems, and multi‑agent collaboration.
