Responsibilities

• In this role, you'll be responsible for designing engaging and effective conversation flows for our AI-powered interfaces to enhance user experience and efficiency

• Design and develop conversational AI solutions that meet our business objectives and user requirements

• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to integrate conversational AI features into our products

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve conversational flows

• Implement natural language processing tools to enhance AI understanding and responsiveness

• Monitor and analyze AI interaction performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance functionality and user satisfaction

• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI and suggest innovations

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to gather high-level requirements and capture business needs

• Clearly articulate and document business requirements

• Maintain ongoing relationships with business partners to ensure IT satisfaction

• Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate system designs and validate proposed solutions

• Plan and lead the testing and validation process for enhancements, releases, hot fixes, upgrades, and implementations

• Communicate effectively with outside vendors, internal staff, and executive staff

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for assigned areas of responsibility

• Measure the effectiveness of CAIP solutions using analytics

• Stay aware of market trends in CAIP product technology and applications

• Utilize a hybrid approach for technology

• Develop applications for both agent assist and customer-facing virtual assistants

• Participate in special projects to include testing, analysis and integration of internal systems and applications

We're currently looking for a Conversational AI Analyst to join our Los Angeles team on a conversational AI project.

The length of the project is 6-8 months with potential to convert to a full-time employee.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing engaging and effective conversation flows for our AI-powered interfaces to enhance user experience and efficiency.
