Cybersoft North America Inc. was formed in 1996 as a virtual startup and has since become a trusted provider of Software Solutions & tools in various markets including Artificial Intelligence, Financial Services, Enterprise Web Applications, internet of things (IoT), and mobile applications.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in building conversational agents using Azure OpenAI and Python.

The consultant will be responsible for delivering an end-to-end AI-driven conversational agent that can:

✅ Make automated calls to customers

✅ Devise the best debt collection strategies based on customer interaction

✅ Update the data store dynamically based on customer responses

We will provide all API endpoints required for the AI agent, and the consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing the complete AI conversational flow that integrates with our system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and fine-tune an AI-powered conversational agent using Azure OpenAI (GPT-4, Assistants API, etc.).

• Integrate text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) capabilities for voice-based calls.

• Define and implement optimal conversation strategies for debt collection.

• Design an adaptive system to capture customer feedback and update the data store accordingly.

• Optimize AI workflows for compliance, efficiency, and customer engagement.

• Work closely with our backend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong Python development skills (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI (GPT, embeddings, function calling).

• Experience in voice-based AI agents, including Twilio, Azure Communication Services, or other telephony APIs.

• Knowledge of NLP techniques for intent recognition and sentiment analysis.

• Experience integrating external APIs and storing conversational data in databases.

• Ability to create scalable, modular, and production-ready AI solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment (Azure Functions, Kubernetes, or App Services).

• Understanding of ethical AI and compliance in conversational AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in debt collection strategies and automated agent workflows.

• Experience working with Azure AI Services, including Bot Framework, Cognitive Services, and Speech APIs.

• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search) for conversational memory.
