• 5+ years of experience in Product Engineering or Full Stack Development with a focus on frontend

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying self-built features

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

• Strong proficiency in the React and Typescript technology stack

• Previous experience in a leadership engineering role (Founding, Senior, Staff, or Principal Engineer)

• Must be willing to work in-office with the team 6 days a week in San Francisco

• As the Senior Product Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing the entire frontend Dashboard platform

• You'll have the unique opportunity to influence the company's culture, own the frontend architecture, and collaborate closely with the founding team to create features that truly resonate with our users

• Design and deliver frontend features that enhance customer value

• Strengthen and improve the frontend codebase for better robustness and maintainability

• Collaborate with the support team and actively listen to user feedback to improve offerings

• Develop features that prioritize user experience and satisfaction

• First 7 days: Successfully ship a pre-scoped frontend feature

• First 14 days: Enhance the codebase or roll out a refactor based on user insights

• First 30 days: Independently complete and ship a feature focused on customer improvement
