We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior ML/AI Engineer to join our dynamic team of 10+.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, experience with machine learning frameworks, and a passion for artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain AI Models: Collaborate with senior engineers to design, implement, and optimize machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.

Data Processing: Utilize ETL processes to gather, clean, and preprocess data using tools like Pandas and NumPy to ensure high-quality input for machine learning algorithms.

Reinforcement Learning: Engage in projects involving reinforcement learning (RL) techniques, contributing to the development of intelligent systems.

Testing and Validation: Conduct experiments to validate model performance and improve accuracy through iterative testing.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions into applications.

Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of code, processes, and project developments to ensure clarity and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Core Skills

Programming Languages: Proficient in Python 3.x, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

Data Manipulation: Experience with ETL processes and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and manipulation.

Machine Learning Frameworks: Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Gym, or similar frameworks for developing AI models.

Reinforcement Learning: Understanding of reinforcement learning concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.

Prompting Common AI Tools: Experience in using common AI tools effectively by crafting detailed prompts that lead to high-quality outputs.

Familiarity with techniques such as sequential prompting, role-playing personas, and iterative refinement of prompts.

Experience with AI tools' APIs such as ChatGPT/claude api.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technology as a crypto user; understanding of its applications in AI is a plus.

Natural Language Processing (NLP): Experience with NLP techniques, large language models (LLMs), and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
