You will be responsible for designing and delivering AI strategies and solutions that create lasting impact.

This includes immersing yourself in client workflows, analyzing data, and exploring product landscapes to enable them to scale AI-driven solutions.

You will also partner with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and contribute to Farpoint's broader mission.

• Key Responsibilities*

• Diagnose client challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation

• Design AI workflows and solutions that meet business needs

• Lead engagements and manage client relationships

• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with stakeholders

• Embed with clients to understand their workflows and data ecosystems

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI integration

• Drive user adoption and provide ongoing support

• Deliver results and present insights to diverse audiences

• Shape AI strategy and influence internal product roadmaps

• What We're Looking For*

We seek experienced professionals with a strong analytical mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills.

You should have 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, technical project management, or a similar client-facing role.

Strong interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.

Familiarity with AI concepts like natural language processing, predictive modeling, or generative AI is desirable.

Hands-on experience with data analysis tools or programming languages is also valued.

Previous experience working on AI-powered solutions or digital transformation projects can be beneficial.
