About the Role:

The Director, Emerging Technologies (Cybersecurity) will be responsible for leading the development of cybersecurity strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the secure development and deployment of emerging technologies.

Key Challenges:

• Protecting Fidelity's digital assets from emerging threats.

• Ensuring the secure development and deployment of blockchain-based applications.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in emerging technologies and providing leadership on the impact of vulnerabilities and guidance on remediation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in emerging technologies, preferably in cybersecurity.

• Smart contract security audit experience highly preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, including key sharding algorithms and MPC.
