Senior Gen AI Engineer Role Highlights:

• Develop and implement Gen AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as OpenAI API, Langchain, and Haystack.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-based chatbots with existing systems and platforms.

• Analyze chatbot performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Maintain a high level of technical expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and software engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Gen AI solutions that meet business requirements.

• Develop and deploy AI-based chatbots using Azure Cloud.

• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices for efficient chatbot development, deployment, and management.

• Work closely with Cloud and Digital teams to ensure seamless chatbot integration and user adoption.

What We're Looking For:

• A Master's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

• 7+ years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years focused on developing and deploying NLP solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Vector DB & Graph DB (AI Search, Neo4j) and their use in semantic search.

• Must know AI/ML concepts and have hands-on experience with Langchain, LangGraph, and Haystack.

• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.

• Experience in designing and implementing pipelines using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Experience working with the Azure ecosystem to deploy AI-based chatbots or conversational AI systems.

• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps principles.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex language understanding and Generative AI projects.
