Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in how AI can transform businesses and should possess skills in AI workflow automation, website and app development, along with strong administrative and personal assistant capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

AI & Technology Integration:

• Develop AI-powered workflows to enhance business efficiency.

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining company websites and mobile applications.

• Implement AI-driven recruitment tools and automation solutions to streamline processes.

Recruitment & Business Support:

• Support recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.

• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify hiring trends in the Future Technology, IT, AI, Finance, Design, Smart Cities, and Construction sectors.

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

Personal Assistant & Office Administration:

• Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

• Maintain organized records and databases related to recruitment, candidates, and business operations.

• Coordinate office activities and assist with general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and digital workflows.

• Experience or knowledge in web and mobile application development.

• Interest in recruitment, executive search, and business transformation.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
