Job Description:

Grace Instrument is currently planning to expand into quant trading business even though we have been in oil and gas instrument manufacturing business for more than 25 years.

We are seeking an intern Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of initial quant trading system.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid python programming skill, strong communication skills, proficiency in python packages such as numpy, panda, etc. Knowledge of backtesting.py, backtrader, optuna, quanstats, vectorbt, etc would be a plus.

Past or current interest of financial market is welcomed.

C# and C++ proficient would be great as well.

Potentially full time position in the future.

We help H1 application as well. USACO bronze and above levels are welcomed.

Qualifications:

• At least high school.

• Strong understanding of the software development process, including planning, overall structure, coding, and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Proficiency in Python programming languages.

• Familiarity with other development languages such as C++ or C# is desirable.

• Program with AI assistance knowledge is must.

• Entry-level candidates with exceptional programming talents are preferred.

• Preferred: Past trading experience or a strong passion for trading.
