What's the position?

We are seeking an AI Engineer - Process Automation to join our team.

You will focus on automating business processes related to CICD, code review, code changes, data quality, data testing, and integrations with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and others. Your role involves integrating multiple AI services and agent frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, Crewai, N8N, Swarm, and others to streamline technical workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate and manage AI services and agent frameworks to automate technical processes.

• Develop AI-driven solutions using agents for CICD pipelines, code review, and code changes.

• Implement automation for data quality assurance and testing utilizing agent technologies.

• Utilize agentic frameworks and prompt engineering to optimize AI models.

• Manage vector databases and semantic search tools for efficient data retrieval.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI-driven solutions into our products.

• Ensure scalability and reliability of AI services in production environments.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and agent frameworks.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience (3+ years).

• Experience in integrating AI services via APIs and SDKs.

• Proficiency with AI services such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic's Claude, etc.

• Experience with agent frameworks like Langchain, LangGraph, Crewai, N8N, Swarm.

• Strong skills in prompt engineering and system prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with CICD tools and processes.

• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, or similar tools.

• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI and ML services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with fine-tuning models using LoRA and QLoRA.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.

• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.

• Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
