What We’re Looking For:

We need an experienced, entrepreneurial, and technically skilled leader who can:

• Own the end-to-end tech vision and build a scalable, AI-driven platform.

• Invest capital and expertise to accelerate the platform’s growth.

• Recruit and lead a world-class engineering team to execute the product roadmap.

• Architect and develop an AI-first, cloud-based, and highly secure platform.

• Collaborate closely with business, design, and AI research teams to create seamless user experiences.

• Ensure platform scalability, AI automation, and interoperability with third-party tools.

• Define and implement the best technology stack for speed, efficiency, and long-term scalability.

• Build AI-powered innovation tools, workflows, and intelligent automation to redefine ideation and product development.

What You’ll Work On:

• AI-Powered Idea Management: Implement LLMs, AI copilots, and NLP-driven insights to assist users in refining and developing ideas.

• Digital Twin & Data Intelligence: Create real-time feedback loops for tracking the evolution of ideas and validating market viability.

• Interconnected AI Toolchain: Enable seamless collaboration between AI agents, productivity tools, and analytics dashboards.

• Feature Flow Integration: Power real-time agile innovation, product roadmaps, and execution planning with AI-driven insights.

• Security & Data Privacy: Build a secure, scalable, and GDPR-compliant innovation ecosystem.

Required Skills & Tools Expertise:

Tech Stack & Development:

• Full-Stack Development: Python, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, or equivalent.

• AI & Machine Learning: OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone).

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker.

• Web3 & Data Intelligence (Bonus): Blockchain, decentralized identity, knowledge graphs.

• Scalability & Performance: Microservices, serverless architecture, distributed systems.

AI & Automation:

• AI Agents & LLMs: OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, GPT APIs, fine-tuned models.

• Workflow Automation: Zapier, Make (Integromat), Retool, OpenAI function calling.

• Data & Analytics: Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, Apache Kafka.

Product & Project Management (Good to have):

• Innovation Management Tools: Feature Flow, Idea360 AI (our own platform).

• Agile/Product Tools: Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Notion.

• Design & UX: Motiff, Figma, Miro.
