We are looking for a Fractional Chief Agronomist to lead our Middle East business expansion, agronomy strategy, and AI-driven farming model development. This role is ideal for a seasoned agronomist, AgTech expert, or commercial farm strategist with deep regional knowledge, market access, and technical expertise in hydroponics, aeroponics, and CEA.

As a key partner in our growth journey, you will:

✅ Drive Business Development: Connect with large-scale commercial indoor farms, food security councils, and AgTech investors to establish strategic partnerships and pilot programs.

✅ Localize AI & Agronomy Models: Provide region-specific agronomy intelligence to enhance INNOMarketTrend & FarmsXOS AI recommendations for optimal crop selection, climate adaptation, and resource efficiency.

✅ Engage with Government & Investors: Position INNOFarms.AI as a key player in Middle Eastern sustainability initiatives, food security projects, and net-zero agriculture investment programs.

✅ Act as a Thought Leader: Represent INNOFarms.AI at regional AgTech summits, smart farming conferences, and sustainability panels to drive credibility and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

🌱 Agronomy Strategy & AI Integration

• Customize AI-powered agronomy models for Middle East-specific climates, crops, and water-efficient farming techniques.

• Optimize hydroponic, aeroponic, and soil-less farming techniques to boost yield, sustainability, and profitability.

• Define region-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for indoor commercial vertical farming & CEA businesses.

📈 Business Development & Market Expansion

• Engage with commercial farm businesses, AgTech investors, and food security councils to position INNOFarms.AI as a preferred AI-driven AgTech partner.

• Identify pilot project opportunities with large-scale vertical farms & controlled environment agriculture (CEA) operators in the region.

• Drive strategic alliances with local AgTech accelerators, research institutions, and government-backed sustainability programs.

🚀 Technology Validation & Product Development

• Work with our AI & IoT teams to fine-tune predictive farming insights, crop selection algorithms, and resource optimization models.

• Support the prototype development of new hydroponic & aeroponic systems tailored for desert agriculture.

🎤 Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning

• Represent INNOFarms.AI at regional AgTech & sustainability conferences (e.g., UAE Food Security Summit, AgTech Middle East, Saudi Future Food Forum).

• Publish insights, research papers, and whitepapers on AI-driven sustainable farming in the Middle East.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 10+ years of experience in Agronomy, AI-AgTech, or Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) in the Middle East.

🔹 Strong network with AgTech investors, sustainability advocates, and commercial farm businesses in UAE, Saudi, Qatar, or Israel.

🔹 Expertise in hydroponics, aeroponics, and AI-driven smart farming solutions.

🔹 Proven ability to drive partnerships, establish pilot projects, and shape market expansion strategies.

🔹 Hands-on experience working with AI-powered agronomy solutions, IoT-enabled farm automation, and commercial farm SOPs.

🔹 Thought leadership in sustainability, precision agriculture, and climate-resilient food production.
