Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience with building AI solutions, including designing and implementing AI APIs for LLMs, ML models, integrating with data sources, etc

• Solid understanding of state-of-the-art RAG techniques and ML models (unstructured and structured data) to achieve high levels of accuracy across various contexts

• Experience with Azure technologies

• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

InnovoCommerce is a leading SaaS provider of AI-augmented eClinical solutions for the global life sciences industry.

Today, some of the largest pharmaceutical firms in the world use our enterprise platform for their clinical trials.

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer that will play a pivotal role in developing our application, Innovo Copilot.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI solutions (LLMs, ML models) as well as a proven track record in integrating them with scalable production software.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discern project needs and identify best-suited solutions & architectural decisions.

• Implement AI solutions with domain-specific workflows (i.e. LLM content generation, collaborative authoring, Q&A assistance).

• Work closely with the development team to integrate work with the application Innovo Copilot (Azure technologies & .NET framework), DB, etc.

• Develop and optimize a robust RAG pipeline utilizing best-practice techniques to tailor generative content for specific use cases with high accuracy.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience with building AI solutions, including designing and implementing AI APIs for LLMs, ML models, integrating with data sources, etc.

• Solid understanding of state-of-the-art RAG techniques and ML models (unstructured and structured data) to achieve high levels of accuracy across various contexts.

• Experience with Azure technologies.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Preferred: Experience with back-end development, including working with .NET framework and C#.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in AI/ML or Computer Science.
