Test Automation Lead; Insurance Domain Gen AI

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Deep Learning, LLM and Python
• 1–3 years of software engineering experience in Python
• 1–3 years of experience with Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks
• 5+ years of experience in software QA and test automation
• 2+ years of experience with AI‑powered test automation platforms

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) including deployment and management of applications
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, specifically large language models (LLMs), and their application in real-world projects using ACCELQ
• Define and implement the end‑to‑end test automation strategy using ACCELQ GenAI capabilities
• Generate test assets using NLP from user stories and business requirements
• Automate E2E workflows across web, API, and mobile platforms
• Manage CI/CD‑integrated autonomous testing (visual regression, self‑healing)
• Optimize test suites using AI‑powered analytics
• Collaborate with product, dev, and QA teams; mentor junior members
• Integrate ACCELQ with Jira, Jenkins, Git Hub, Slack

Position: Test Automation Lead (Insurance Domain) With Gen AI

Our client, ITBMS Inc., is seeking the following.

Key Responsibilities
