Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Technology Innovation to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

This role involves leading the development efforts in Gen AI, including developing new algorithms, models, and techniques for analyzing and interpreting enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new algorithms, models, and techniques for analyzing and interpreting enterprise data

• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to identify new opportunities for innovation and research in Gen AI

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in Gen AI

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of recent development experience implementing SDLC projects, as well as a minimum of five years of recent experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
