Direct reports: ERP Project Coordinator, GenAi developer (possibly)

Mission

Drive Mirai’s operational excellence and digital transformation by implementing AI-driven automation and process optimization across all central functions - HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and Communication- in closecollaboration with the Odoo ERP rollout and Scopely’s GenAI team.

This role will ensure seamless integration of AI and ERP systems, streamline workflows, and promote data-driven decision-making across all business units to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Operational Transformation & AI Integration

Identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize internal processes across departments.

Collaborate with the GenAI development team to adapt corporate-level AI tools and applications for Mirai’s needs.

Map existing workflows and design future-state processes leveraging automation, data analytics, and AI.

Partner with each department head to translate business needs into AI/ERP-enabled solutions.

ERP & Systems Integration

Oversee the Odoo ERP implementation across all functions, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.

Supervise the ERP Project Coordinator and ensure synchronization between ERP and AI initiatives.

Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor system usage, process efficiency, and performance improvements.

Program & Change Management

Lead transformation projects end-to-end — from scoping, budgeting, and planning to delivery and evaluation.

Manage cross-departmental communication and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Develop change management strategies to foster adoption of new digital and AI tools.

Report regularly to leadership on progress, milestones, and business impact.

Data & Process Excellence

Implement standardized processes and governance frameworks to ensure data consistency across systems.

Build and maintain project management dashboards and executive-level reports.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Profile & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, project management, or digital transformation within an international environment.

Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and implementing ERP and/or AI-driven systems.

Strong understanding of AI applications in business operations, automation tools, and data analytics.

Hands-on experience with Odoo or other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).

Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and project management dashboards (e.g., Monday, Asana, Power BI).

Exceptional presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Strategic thinker with an execution-driven, structured, and collaborative mindset.

Fluent in English (French or Arabic a plus).
