Job description AI多模态算法科学家AI Multi-modal Algorithm Scientist (香港/深圳, Hong Kong/ Shenzhen)

职责：

1. 负责多模态的算法模型设计与实现，包括视觉、语言模型的选型、SFT和调优;

2. 参与多模态模型在智能体领域的应用研发，构建下一代端到端多智能体系统。

要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历，电子工程、计算机科学、数学等相关专业;

2. 熟悉当前主流 LLM/VLM/VLA/强化学习技术原理、模型架构背景;

3. 具备大模型各阶段训练、微调或工程化经验优先；

4. 在CVPR，NIPS，ICLR、ACM、IEEE Transaction等顶会有相关论文发表者优先。

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement multimodal algorithmic models, includin...g model selection for vision and language, supervised fine-tuning (SFT), and optimization.

Contribute to applying multimodal models in the agent domain; build the next-generation end-to-end multi-agent system.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.

2. Familiarity with the principles and architectures of mainstream LLM/VLM/VLA/Reinforcement Learning technologies.

3. Experience in training, fine-tuning, or productionizing large models at various stages is a plus.

Publications in top-tier venues such as CVPR, NeurIPS, ICLR, ACM, or IEEE Transactions are preferred.
