NLP Engineer for AI Research

Qualifications

• We are seeking an experienced engineer with a deep understanding of NLP and Optical Character Recognition (OCR), machine learning frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructures

• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with advanced NLP techniques

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and NLP, with a focus on OCR

• Expertise in LLM architectures and frameworks such as GPT, BERT, or similar

• Proficiency in Python and popular machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers)

• Hands-on experience deploying AI models to production environments and managing model lifecycle in real-time systems

• BS or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field

• Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI, and bias mitigation in AI systems

The Role
