Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing coaching and support for their professional growth.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions.

• Provide clear guidance for project deliverables and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Foster a collaborative team culture promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Manage client relationships and address concerns timely.

• Develop and deliver presentations and reports to clients, communicating updates and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience (4+ years) in management consulting or related fields, particularly in strategy and operations.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality projects.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
