Responsibilities

• Director of Data, Analytics, and AI, you will manage and grow a high-performing team of Data and ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts
• You will foster a culture of innovation and excellence, attract top talent, and develop the technical acumen of the team in areas like fivetran, dbt, airflow, BigQuery, Snowflake, SQL, Looker, PowerBI, and Python
• You will establish core principles for data governance, setting standards for data access, data accuracy, and timeliness across all data-centric teams
• You will partner with business functions to drive data-centric decision-making and train internal customers to use developed interactive dashboards and skills needed to create self-service BI
