We’re hiring an AI-native technologist who can automate and elevate how we work—starting with loan origination and expanding across the company.

What Makes You a Fit: You’ve been coding your entire life—but you’ve evolved. You’ve discovered that AI isn’t a threat to your craft—it’s a multiplier. While many developers still resist the shift, you’ve embraced the Vibe: using AI to move faster, think bigger, and build smarter. You’re not just a coder—you’re a systems thinker who sees automation as the new frontier of productivity.

• Partner with accounting and finance teams to identify and automate recurring workflows, reporting tasks, and reconciliation processes.

• Develop borrower-facing tools (e.g., chatbots, dynamic reports) to improve engagement and reduce friction.

• Monitor model performance and ensure compliance with lending regulations.

• Replace or augment manual tasks previously handled by human loan officers and operations staff.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in machine learning, NLP, or generative AI, ideally in fintech or workflow automation.
