AI Driven Lending and Workflow Automation Specialist

Qualifications
- Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in machine learning, NLP, or generative AI, ideally in fintech or workflow automation
- Familiarity with loan origination systems, credit scoring, and underwriting workflows
- Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365 tools including:
- Power Automate for workflow orchestration
- Microsoft Copilot for document generation and task automation
- Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams for collaboration and reporting
- Experience working with structured financial data and metadata tagging
- Bonus: Experience with App Store Connect, DocuSign, or investor reporting tools
- Be the architect of a next-gen lending and operations platform

Responsibilities
- Business Hours: 9am – 5pm weekdays
- Build and maintain AI models to automate borrower intake, document classification, and creditworthiness evaluation
- Integrate third-party real estate data sources (e.g., credit bureaus, MLS, AVMs) into our underwriting pipeline
- Collaborate to enhance our existing loan object model (Borrower, Property, Loan) with predictive and generative AI capabilities
- Transform our Asana-based project templates and task workflows into autonomous AI agents that execute and report on work
- Partner with accounting and finance teams to identify and automate recurring workflows, reporting tasks, and reconciliation processes
- Develop borrower-facing tools (e.g., chatbots, dynamic reports) to improve engagement and reduce friction
- Monitor model performance and ensure compliance with lending regulations
- Replace or augment manual tasks previously handled by human loan officers and operations staff

Key Responsibilities
