Senior Software Engineer - AI

Office Field is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - AI to join our engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Developing Semantic search algorithms on documents and data.

• Building Generative AI models and pipelines.

• Training and Fine tuning AI models.

• Building RAG mechanism for information extraction.

• Deploying scalable AI system on the cloud.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field

• A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a similar role

• Generative AI experience is required

• AI pipelines using ChatGPT and LLama3 and other Generative AI engines

• Experience in working with Langchain or LlamaIndex.

• Experience with vector databases like chroma, qdrant and pgvector

• Knowledge with Agentic system like AutoGen or CrewAI is preferred

• Python experience is required
