Responsibilities

• The Director of Engineering for AI and Data Technology will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Omada's AI and data platforms, driving innovation and operational excellence across analytics, data science, and machine learning initiatives

• This role focuses on enabling a high-performing team to deliver scalable, efficient, and impactful technology solutions while aligning with organizational goals and empowering data-driven decision-making across the company

• Develop Technical Vision: Define and drive the technical vision for cutting-edge AI, generative models, and data platform advancements
