Our client, a specialist in Oracle Cloud solutions, is looking for a Technical Practice Director to lead their TechnicalDelivery Team. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role requiring deep technical delivery experience—particularly across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, integrations, reporting, and data migration. Candidates must be UK citizens and eligible for Security Clearance.

Key Skills Required

✅ Over 10 years of experience with Oracle Applications (R12 and Oracle Cloud)

✅ Expertise in Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud, OTBI, BI Publisher, and PaaS components

✅ Experience delivering complex technical solutions including integrations and reporting

✅ Strong presales exposure – bids, demos, and technical proposals

✅ Proven ability to lead, grow and develop technical delivery teams

🔸 Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Technical Delivery Team

🔸 Lead technical solution design and oversee delivery across cloud projects

🔸 Manage team workload, resource allocation, and ensure delivery quality

🔸 Guide talent development – including hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews

🔸 Drive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying product gaps and leading value-added solution design
