Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning & AI Engineer to help build, refine, and expand our knowledge graph—the “brain” behind Geneti

Q.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, bioinformaticians, and software engineers to integrate cutting-edge models and develop new ways to represent biological complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Integration:

Work with existing multi-omics, imaging, and clinical models and integrate them seamlessly into our platform.

• Knowledge Graph Development:

Architect and maintain a robust knowledge graph for real-time, AI-driven insights.

• Algorithm Design:

Develop and refine machine learning algorithms for personalized healthcare recommendations, disease modeling, and risk stratification.

• Data

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Database Tsar and data engineering teams to ensure a steady pipeline of clean, structured data.

• Performance Optimization:

Ensure real-time or near-real-time performance of ML pipelines and scale them to handle increasing data volumes.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:

Five or more years of experience in ML/AI roles. A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field is a plus.

• Technical Stack:

Proficiency in Python, Tensor Flow/PyTorch, graph databases (Neo4j, Tiger Graph), and knowledge graph construction.

• Domain Knowledge:

Experience in genomics, proteomics, or healthcare analytics is preferred.

• Collaboration:

Strong communication skills, ability to mentor junior ML engineers, and experience working in cross-disciplinary teams.
