The Property Finder Group is seeking a Technical Lead for AI Development to oversee the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions.

• Leadcross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Design and implement efficient workflows using CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• At least 6+ years of experience in MLE/MLOps roles and 4+ years in leadership roles.

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Strong experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
