Randstad is partnering with established company to look for AI Engineer to join them to create AI-driven applications to address business challenges or operations challenges.

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents for advanced analytics, leveraging AI and machine learning technologies

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, define frameworks, andbuild scalable AI models.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and development—to deliver high-quality AI agent solutions on schedule

• Stay on top of cutting-edge AI Agent technologies, continuously driving improvements in architecture and performance.

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a quantitative background such as Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related fields.

• 4-6 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and analytics.

• Experience with LLM models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Claude) and frameworks like Langchain and LlamaIndex.

• Familiar with building and deploying AI models, including RAG pipelines and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma DB).

• Strong skills in Python with backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Experience with Docker and Git for containerization and version control.

• Familiar with cloud platforms for deploying AI models

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
