About the Opportunity
We're seeking an AI-savvy Full-Time Marketing & CRM Specialist to help bring structure and consistency to multiple growing brands operating across different industries/sectors.
If you love optimising CRMs, building automated lead funnels, and running clever, low-budget marketing campaigns that actually deliver measurable results, this role is for you.
You'll be the person who connects the dots: setting up, cleaning up, and managing our various CRMs, helping to identify which platforms suit which brand, and supporting basic campaign creation (email sequences, landing pages, lead magnets, LinkedIn ads, etc.).
This is a remote full-time role (40 hours per week) that suits someone who is organised, strategic, and passionate about using AI tools to make marketing smarter and faster.

• Which CRMs have you managed (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, MailerLite, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, etc.), and how did you use them to drive conversions or automate processes?
• List the AI tools you regularly use for marketing or lead generation (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, AdCreative, Surfer SEO, Canva Magic, etc.) and give one practical example of how you've used AI to improve results.
• Share an example of a low-budget or no-budget campaign you executed that generated tangible business leads or sales.
• Have you ever managed or optimised paid ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google? If yes, please describe your approach and outcome.
• What is your compensation expectation (in your local currency), and how soon can you start?
Key Responsibilities
• Audit, set up, and maintain CRMs for multiple brands, ensuring lead flows and data integrity
• Build and optimise simple automation sequences (e.g. email nurtures, follow-ups, lead tagging, segmentation)
• Create and run small-budget ads or organic lead campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Design and manage lead funnels (Landing pages, forms, downloadables etc.)
• Monitor and report on performance metrics across CRMs and campaigns
• Research and recommend best-fit CRM or automation tools for each brand based on scope and budget
• Collaborate with the founder to develop creative growth strategies with minimal spend
• Leverage AI tools to speed up copywriting, data analysis, ad testing, and content creation
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management, digital marketing, or marketing automation (freelance or agency experience welcome)
• Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads through automation or campaigns
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, email nurtures, and conversion tracking
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. lead generation and CRM integrations
• Proficient in AI-powered marketing and productivity tools
• Analytical mindset with a practical, resourceful approach to getting results on limited budgets
• Excellent English communication skills and attention to detail.
