The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. We provide everything you need — a pre-qualified lead database of 10,000+ UAE ecommerce brands with phone numbers, a proven script, and a live AI demo you can run on the call. You close, you earn.

What You'll Do

• Cold call and email UAE ecommerce brands from our pre-qualified lead database

• Qualify prospects using a simple 3-question script

• Run the demo and close or hand to the founder for larger deals

• Log all activity in our CRM dashboard

You're a Fit If You:

• Have 3+ years B2B sales or SDR experience

• Are based in Dubai or working UAE hours

• Speak fluent English (Arabic is a bonus)

• Are hungry and self-motivated — your income is entirely in your hands

Compensation

• 20% commission on every deal you close — no ceiling

• Product 1 (AED 3–5K) → AED 600–1,000 per deal

• Product 2 (AED 20K) → AED 4,000 per deal

• Top performers closing 3–4 deals/month earn AED 10,000–16,000+

Plans, executes, and finalizes several small to large-scale projects simultaneously and according to strict deadlines and within budget. Defines the project's objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle.

Job Duties:

• Serve as a primary coordinator for Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives, providing project management support, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring appropriate governance, documentation, and stakeholder alignment for emerging technologies.

• Lead and facilitate the intake and discovery process for incoming project requests from enterprise stakeholders, ensuring requests are clearly defined, scoped, and aligned with organizational priorities before progressing to execution.
