Qualifications

• BI lead developer specialized in Tableau with at least 7+ yrs relevant experience
• Migrate and redesign existing SSRS reports into Tableau dashboards, improving data insights and user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient, user-friendly BI solutions

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize complex SQL queries/views/materialized views in Databricks for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau Desktop based on business requirements
• Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Publish, schedule, and manage reports and dashboards on the Tableau Server, ensuring accessibility and performance
• Implement data security measures and row-level security within Tableau reports as per project needs
