• Help create long-term roadmaps while ensuring short-term sprint objectives are met

• Develop and administer technical training and certification programs to enhance the skills and expertise of the team

• Work with engineers from other disciplines to develop software requirements and support design artifacts

• Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture

This is a remote position.

Software Engineering ManagerPatterned Learning AI is seeking a talented Engineering Manager with a proven track record for mentoring and managing engineering teams.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our engineering efforts, build a collaborative and high-performing team, and drive the development of mission-critical software.
