Head of International Expansion

Full Description

We are looking to hire a Head of International Expansion to lead MENA region and other upcoming geographies.

• Responsibilities*:

• Prioritize key new geographies for launch basis market potential, ease of launch, competitive scenario etc.

• Liaise with local authorities and vendors and build a thorough understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape to enable quick navigation through regulatory hurdles along with enabling the lowest cost to deliver with superior customer experience.

• Drive and lead the overall business revenue. Your mission will be to make the brand one of the top players in newly launched geographies

• Build and run the business as an entrepreneur by owning the zero-to-one (and beyond) journey

• Own end-to-end P&L along with building a strong team for BD and Ops from scratch

• Work very closely with the the leadership team based in India to design the business strategy, development direction and revenue management for the region.

• Manage and enhance relationships with existing players / dental clinic chains / senior Dentists in the region through outbound reach and participation in trade fairs.

• The Ideal fit*:

• 8- 10 years of core P&L and Operations management

• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven, and P&L focused decision making.

• Salary*: AED100,000.00 - AED700,000.00 per year
