What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning roles.

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency In: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLP, Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.

• Strong Understanding of:

• Machine Learning algorithms and frameworks.

• Neural networks, deep learning, and model optimization.

• Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• AI-powered automation and predictive analytics.

• Web Scraping and Data Extraction.

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs) for AI models.

• Cloud & Deployment Knowledge: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure experience is a plus.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to develop AI-driven solutions for real-world challenges.

• Collaboration & Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and machine learning solutions.

• Optimize deep learning models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Generative AI applications.

• Implement web scraping techniques to collect and process large datasets for AI training.

• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for improved AI model performance.

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve AI algorithms.

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to integrate AI into products and services.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and propose innovative solutions.

• Ensure scalability and reliability of AI systems in production environments.
