About the Role

We’re hiring a Technical Product Associate to manage LMS-related operations, bug resolution, data uploads, and cross-functional coordination with our dev team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring platform stability and performance for our growing user base.

Responsibilities

• Triage technical issues and LMS-related bugs

• Upload content, assign modules, and maintain course data

• Coordinate QA efforts for assessments and materials

• Generate analytics dashboards and support dev requests

Requirements

• 1–3 years in product operations, tech support, or QA

• Proficiency in spreadsheets, dashboards, and error logging

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Bachelor’s in IT, CS, or relevant discipline

Bonus: Experience with EdTech or SaaS environments
