Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Market Expansion – Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to establish Plan B GmbH as a key consulting player in the Gulf.

• Business Growth & Leadership – Lead and scale the regional operations, ensuring sustainable growth and client success.

• AI & Digital Transformation Consulting – Oversee consulting projects leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to drive client innovation.

• C-Level Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and technology leaders .

• Microsoft Alliance Management – Strengthen our regional collaboration with Microsoft and other technology providers to enhance service offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in a top consulting or technology firm in the Gulf region.

• Proven track record in business development, P&L management, and strategic growth .

• Strong expertise in digital transformation, AI, and enterprise consulting .

• Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite executives and decision-makers .

• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus) with a deep understanding of the regional business landscape.
