Senior Data/AI Engineer (Permanent role)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models: Design, build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models to address business challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and integrate models into production systems.

• Model training and evaluation: Train and fine-tune models using advanced algorithms, ensuring optimal performance through techniques like cross-validation and hyperparameter optimization.

• Model deployment and integration: Work with software engineers and DevOps to deploy models, implement APIs, and integrate solutions into existing applications for real-time decision-making.

• Performance monitoring and maintenance: Continuously monitor, refine, and enhance model performance, addressing anomalies and incorporating user feedback.

• Data analysis and insights: Conduct exploratory data analysis, generate insights, and present findings using statistical and visualization techniques.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements: Stay updated with advancements in machine learning and AI, recommending tools and methodologies to improve workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.

• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI is a plus.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).

• Strong foundation in statistical analysis, probability, and hypothesis testing.

• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning tools (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Proven teamwork and multitasking capabilities.

• Adaptable and committed to continuous learning, with a focus on staying updated on advancements in machine learning and AI.
