Qualifications

• 🎯 Minimum 15 years’ experience in Pharma/Biotech, with extensive leadership in commercial QC roles
• 🧬 Cell Therapy Experience Is Required
• 🌍 Proven expertise overseeing US and EU commercial manufacturing operations
• 📚 Expert knowledge of FDA, ICH GxP regulations, and Health Authority expectations in US & Europe
• 💪 Confident, independent, proactive, and results-oriented leader
• 🗣️ Exceptional negotiation, communication, listening, and writing skills
• 🤝 Ability to build open, candid, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-Suite
