Responsibilities

• You’ll be the go-to person for automation and AI across our systems stack — HubSpot, Zapier, Fillout, Softr, Google Workspace, and other AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others
• Your mission is to streamline workflows, eliminate manual friction, and ensure our systems scale as fast as our client demands
• You’ll collaborate directly with our small but mighty team to design, build, and optimize automations that keep SKOR running smoothly and intelligently
• System Integration & Automation: Design and maintain high-impact automations using Zapier and native integrations between HubSpot, Fillout, Softr, and Google Sheets
• Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in client assessments, reporting, data flow, and internal operations — and automate them
• AI Tooling & Deployment: Build practical AI workflows (using Zaper, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for internal productivity and client-facing processes
• Data Accuracy & Syncing: Ensure data consistency across systems; troubleshoot sync errors and optimize for reliability
• Documentation & Enablement: Create clear SOPs and automation maps for internal use
• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging tools and experiment with how AI and automation can enhance SKOR’s platform and partner experience
• Noticeable reduction in manual data handling and reporting cycles
• New automations deployed monthly that enhance client or team productivity
• Clear, documented system architecture that anyone on the team can follow
