Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Chief Data and AI Officer (CDAO) to lead our data and AI strategy, driving innovation and delivering significant business value.

This critical role will be responsible for building and leading a world-class data science and engineering team, developing cutting-edge AI solutions, and leveraging data to optimize MNCs’ supply chain and enhance our client experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic foundation, extensive leadership experience, and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics. Furthermore, fluency in French is essential for effective collaboration with our client teams.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive data and AI strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• AI Development: Drive the development and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems, particularly within supply chain optimization.

• Data Management: Oversee the design and implementation of robust data cloud infrastructure, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility.

• Supply Chain Optimization: Leverage data and AI to optimize our supply chain, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with our French-speaking client teams to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our data and AI capabilities.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations (ISO27001, Soc 2 type 2, GDPR compliance, Pen test experience as must-have).

• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate data and AI insights to internal and external stakeholders.
