Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of AI to lead the development and execution of our AI strategy.

This critical leadership role will shape the company's growth and innovation by integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into our operations.

The successful candidate will drive AI initiatives to enhance business scalability, optimize internal processes, and identify new AI-driven opportunities that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy Leadership: Lead the development and execution of AI strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and long-term goals. Drive AI innovations that improve operational efficiency and scalability.

• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing AI team, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance performance and innovation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership teams and key stakeholders to integrate AI solutions across business functions, driving AI initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

• AI Innovation: Identify and explore new AI-driven business opportunities to enhance products, services, and customer experiences.

• ROI Measurement: Measure the impact and ROI of AI initiatives, ensuring that AI investments deliver measurable business results.

• Cultural Leadership: Promote an innovation-driven culture, ensuring that AI technologies contribute to the company's mission and future-proof its growth.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced AI leader with a proven track record of developing and executing AI strategies that drive business growth. You will have at least 10 years of experience in AI leadership roles, including 5 years in a senior role, and possess deep technical expertise in AI tools and technologies.
